YMCA | 'Sleep Easy'

YMCA are the largest and oldest youth charity in the world. Each year they hold a unique event in each county called ’Sleep Easy' in which sponsored participants are challenged to build their own shelter and sleep in it for one winter’s night; the aim being to raise both the awareness of homelessness across the county and the funds to help YMCA combat the issue. The ‘Sleep Easy’ is a sociable and safe night but serves as a stark reminder of the suffering endured by young people not for one night, but for every night of the year.
